About Mila
Mila is email hosting for the domain you already own. Vennyx built it because renting mailboxes from a registrar's afterthought product, or handing your address book to a big-tech inbox, shouldn't be the only two options for running email on your own name.
We run the mail server, keep authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) configured correctly, and give you a control panel and API to manage domains, mailboxes, and routing. What goes through it is yours: your messages, your addresses, your rules for who gets a mailbox and who doesn't.
What we optimize for
The domain is yours
Mila hosts mail for domains you already own. We never ask you to move a domain to us, and nothing about your address ties you to Mila specifically -- your MX records point here because you chose to, and can point elsewhere the same way.
Standard protocols, no lock-in
IMAP4, POP3, SMTP, and JMAP -- the same protocols every serious mail client and script already speaks. Whatever you build against Mila keeps working if you ever decide to run your own mail server instead.
Priced for real usage, not per seat
Plans are sized by how much mail a domain actually sends and receives, not by counting mailboxes. Add as many addresses as your domain needs without doing pricing math every time.
A panel that stays out of your way
Every plan comes with one focused control panel for domains, mailboxes, aliases, and DNS -- backed by the same documented API the panel itself calls, so nothing in the UI is a special case you can't automate.
Who's behind it
Mila is built and operated by Vennyx. We're a small team running our own mail infrastructure, which means the people who answer your support request are the same people who wrote the code handling your mail.
