Do I need to pick a plan before signing up?
No. Create your Mila account first, and choose or change a plan from the panel whenever you're ready -- there's nothing to configure up front.
What do the daily incoming/outgoing numbers actually limit?
They're per-day message caps applied to your mailboxes, sized to comfortably cover real human email use at each tier. If your domain regularly needs more headroom than your current plan provides, moving up a tier raises the cap.
Is the storage limit a hard cap?
Storage is a soft cap: going over it doesn't bounce your mail. It's a planning number for choosing the right plan, not a wall you'll hit mid-conversation.
Can I use my own domain on every plan, including Micro?
Yes -- every plan hosts mail on domains you own. Micro keeps things simple with fewer administrative extras; Mini and above add multiple admins, mailbox limits, and API access on top of the same domain hosting.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are attached to your organization, not locked in at signup -- move up or down from the panel as your usage changes.
Why is Micro yearly-only?
Micro is priced for a single small domain that doesn't need month-to-month flexibility. Mini, Standard, and Maxi all offer both monthly and yearly billing.
