1. What this covers
This policy describes what Vennyx collects and how it is handled when you use Mila -- the marketing site, the control panel, the API, and the underlying mail infrastructure that sends and receives mail for your domains.
2. Account and organization data
To create and operate your account we collect the information you give us directly: your name, an email address for sign-in and notifications, your organization details, and the domains you configure. This is the minimum needed to authenticate you and route mail correctly.
3. Mail content and metadata
Email you send and receive through Mila is stored so your mailboxes work -- that's the service. We do not read, scan, or use the content of your mail for advertising, and we do not sell mail content or metadata to third parties.
Mail metadata (sender/recipient addresses, timestamps, delivery status, and similar routing information) is processed as necessary to deliver mail, apply the spam filtering and rules you configure, and to diagnose delivery problems you report.
4. Operational and diagnostic data
We log server activity (connection attempts, authentication events, DNS check results, API requests) to keep the service secure and reliable, and to help you and us debug problems with your domain or mailboxes. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with infrastructure providers and processors needed to run Mila (for example, hosting and billing providers), each bound to protect it, and when required by law. We do not sell your data or your mail content to anyone.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account, domain, and mailbox data is retained for as long as your account and the relevant domain remain active. When you delete a domain, mailbox, or your account, associated data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
7. Your choices
You can access, export, and delete most of your account and mailbox data directly from the control panel. Contact us if you need help exercising a data request the panel does not yet support.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Mila's service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
